Foça Golden Life: Horizontal Architecture of Modern Living
The Golden Life project, brought to life with the aim of creating a living space in harmony with the nature of Foça, consists of 15 duplex villas with 2+1 layouts. Designed with the principle of horizontal architecture, this project combines aesthetic presence with functional engineering solutions. In our complex where each villa has an independent entrance and direct access to the shared swimming pool, we have made comfort a standard with electric smart shutter systems, high-quality laminate/ceramic flooring and built-in fixtures.
